Ayodele Thomas is a project management entrepreneur and an accomplished Project Management Office [PMO] expert with over a decade years of experience in leading projects and delivering exceptional results across a diverse array of industries with focus on consulting. His strong advocacy for institutional capacity building with focus on PMO establishment and implementation from inception to completion has enabled him to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders critical to project success thereby driving project delivery service innovation, and ensure excellence in project management. In this regard, Ayo Thomas has excelled as a leader successfully implementing PMO functions with significant contribution to the management of projects, program, and portfolios, by assembling and managing high-performing teams, aligning and collaborating with relevant partners, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

As a member of various Civil and development organizations, Ayodele Thomas has remained fervent about driving continuous improvement and innovation within the project management civil advocacy landscape and has lent voice for application of Project Management methodologies to address developmental issues. He has provided several advisory consulting and trainings thereby contributing to policies, systems, processes, and reports across various organizations special attention to Project Management Office [PMO] development and Implementation.

On several occasions, Ayodele Thomas has served as mentor, advocate, keynote speaker and thought leader on project development and management issues and has featured in various advocacy sector media and press. He holds a B.sc in Project Management and an M.sc in Planning [Project Management Specialization]. He holds both the CIPM-Certified International Project Manager [Charter/Certification] and the MPM-Master Project Manager [International Charter Certification] from the prestigious American Academy of Project Management [AAPM] USA in addition to several project management qualifications and certifications in capacity building from various reputable and professional institutions and development organizations.

Ayodele Thomas is a Certified International Humanitarian Practitioner with the Core Humanitarian Certification [CHC], USA. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management [AAPM]; Member of the British Project Professional Society [MBPPS], UK, World Economics Association [WEA], UK, Project finance Institute, UK the International Association of Project Managers, IAPM-Nigeria and Alumni Member, Project Management for Development Organization [PM4DEV] USA just to mention a few.
